How to Redeem Promotional Gifts?
For some of the promotion events, the reward provider may differ with each region.
1. To begin the process to redeem your award, please click here to sign into MSI Member Center.
2. On the left menu bar, click "Product Registration" and complete the registration for your products.

3. On the left menu bar, click “Promotions” and choose the event you wish to participate.
4. Click “Redeem”.
5. Please provide the required materials for each promotions. Some of the promotion redemption are reviewed by our staff manually, this may take up to 14 business days.
6. You will be notified with an application status of “AWAITING REVIEW”, and receive an Email including the prize after it’s approved. Please go to the third-party platform (ex: Steam) to use the game code you received.
