Check the working environment around the graphics card’s fan
Check whether there are any objects blocking the fan of the graphics card, such as: cables or support frames.

Check the graphics card’s fan blades
1. Check whether there are any damages on the appearance of the graphics card’s fan blades. If so, please stop using your graphics card and contact the after-sales service center of MSI to provide you with further assistance.

2. Check whether there are foreign objects inside the fan blades, such as: screws or other components. If so, please stop using your graphics card, try to remove the foreign object using tools such as pliers, or contact the after-sales service center of MSI to provide you with further assistance.

Clean the graphics card’s fan
If you have confirmed that there are no foreign objects blocking the graphics card and that the fan blades are fine, please confirm whether there is too much dust on the fan and radiator of the graphics card; if so, you can clean it with a can of compressed air or a thin and long brush and then confirm whether the noise/abnormal sound has improved.
If you have tried the above troubleshooting methods and still cannot resolve the issue, please reach out to the MSI customer service center for further assistance.
