Warranty Extension activation process

    Step 2: Register your MSI Notebook to
  • Log in to the MSI member area and register your Notebook and serial number by filling in the relevant details. Please register online within 30 days of purchase.
    Step 3: Proof of purchase
  • We will check the proof of purchase you uploaded as part of the product registration. If all of the information is correct, we will send the 1 Year Warranty Extension Card to the address provided.
    Step 4: Activate your warranty extension
  • Once received, open the packaging visit the activation page and input your personal ID and Password - this can be found on the physical warranty extension membership card
    Step 5: Apply the warranty extension sticker
  • Please affix the warranty extension sticker to the underside of your notebook.

Terms & Conditions

  1. To be eligible for this promotion, you must agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
  2. The promotion only applies to specific MSI GT (full line), GS (full line) and GE Raider Series notebooks purchased from select resellers between 1st February 2018 and 31st March 2018
  3. The purchase needs to be made during this period, with an invoice that clearly states the product name, purchase date and the reseller information.
  4. To receive the warranty extension, you must complete MSI’s online registration within thirty (30) days of purchase. (the last 5. date of registration will be 23:59 p.m. on 28th of April)
  5. This promotion is limited to customers in the United Kingdom at participating United Kingdom resellers.
